I work with users, product managers and engineers to understand complex telecom workflows, clarify requirements and turn them into product decisions the team can build.

I worked across discovery, product strategy and frontend enablement for digital identity products. A big part of the job was making difficult technical concepts easier to understand and use.

I researched how teams worked, mapped workflows and brought people together around practical changes for Jira modernisation and the Cloud Business Office.

Computer and Information Sciences at Auckland University of Technology. My research covered data science, interaction design, Python and computer vision.

I ran workshops and created workflows and prototypes for enterprise, manufacturing and customer-facing systems in KPMG's Innovation Lab.
